Found some more video coverage from the San Diego Comic Con.
Here's a short interview with the voice of Astro, Freddie Highmore, talking about animation. It seems like there is more to this interview but I can't find it yet. This video comes courtesy of ReelzChannel.
Also here is a fan-recorded clip of Freddie and Kristen Bell being introduced at the Astro Boy panel. The girls go crazy for Freddie's voice. Of course, it cuts off right before they show the trailer because recording it was probably not allowed.
