IDW Astro Boy Comic Preview

Last Week, IDW Editor-in-Chief Chris Ryall posted a preview of the upcoming Astro Boy comic based on the CG Animated movie set for release this fall from Imagi. Take an early look at the incredible, Tezuka-inspired artwork of E.J. Su in these two black and white pages!

This comic is certainly in great hands by the looks of things. Make sure you check out the original post on the RyallTime Blog and leave your comments there!

Excellent job by E.J. Su. I was a bit worried about how this might look but I am seriuosuly impressed. And just think, once this is done it will be in colour. As far as I know that makes then the first colour Astro comics.

Actually, there was a North American-produced Astro Boy comic series several years ago that was in color. I don't know much about it right now but I hope to write about it here at some point.

Sayonara.
